Monday

Panel — The State of Drupal as a Web Application & Product Platform

In a panel with other star Drupalers from Zivtech, Development Seed, Phase2 Technology and Acquia, Zack Rosen will be giving more information about Mercury by Pantheon, a drop-in replacement for your Drupal website hosting service that delivers break-through performance and how it helps businesses build products on Drupal.

Session — Design  for Drupal: A Template Approach
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM – Design – Rm 304
Chapter Three's Creative Director, Nica Lorber will be exploring and explaining the in-depth design template we have developed which allows us to fully address each design element of every site. You'll leave with a great understanding of the elements of Drupal design and your own template!

Drupal has a reputation for being one of the best Content Management Systems for Search Optimization. Jen Lampton, one of Chapter Three's top Drupal trainers, is teaming up with our Chief Search Officer, Rob Bertolf to show you what modules you'll need and how to configure them for best results. This team will also point out a few often overlooked innate Drupal features that can help you achieve your goals.

Panel — A Match Made in the Cloud – How to Best Take Advantage of Cloud Technologies with Drupal Sites
9:45 AM - 10:45 AM-- Under the Hood – Rm 309
Rackspace's Bret Piatt and Chapter Three CTO Josh Koenig will have the information you need to bring your Drupal site onto the cloud taking advantage of its unlimited scalability and ever-increasing performance. You'll be able to see how fast and easy it is to set up your own instance on the Rackspace Cloud's Cloud Servers.

Panel  — The Care and Feeding of Project Managers
5:15 PM - 6:15 PM – Providing Professional Drupal Services – Rm 310
This panel of three top Drupal project managers includes our own Director of Professional Services, Wendy Iguchi. They'll bring to attention common challenges of managing projects for Drupal. Wendy will highlight how using Agile/Scrum methodology can help increase the efficiency and productivity of your team to keep your project on track.

Career Fair
4 PM – 7 PM – Chapter Three Booth
Are you a rock star? Are you enthusiastic about Drupal to such a degree that your friends and family have become concerned? Still looking for that dream job? We want to add you to our team. Come by, drop off a resume and point us to a few sites that you've worked on, and maybe you'll be wearing a Chapter Three shirt come Copenhagen. We're looking for those who burn brightest. Panel — From a Contractor to a Shop: How to Make the Leap
9:45 AM - 10:45 AM – Providing Professional Drupal Services – Rm 305
Zack Rosen will be teaming up with a powerhouse panel to discuss how and why you might expand your Drupal "army of one" into a shop that can land the big jobs. There will be plenty of time for questions, so this session is a must for any freelancer or contractor who wants to make the switch, but can't figure out what to do next!

Presentation  — Chapter Three Presents
2:45 PM - 3:45 PM – Room 232
Come find out what Chapter Three has been up to since Paris, see who our newest hires are, and find out our hopes for the next year. We will be going over some of our processes that keep us growing and how that can help you develop your site. If you’re looking to make the switch to Drupal, this is a perfect presentation for you. We’ll also be announcing the winner of our Newsletter giveaway!

Presentation  — Pantheon Mercury Presentation and Q&A
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM – Room 232
Interested in Pantheon? We’ll be going through our goals and how they meet your requirements for bringing your Drupal site to the cloud. There will be a live demo and plenty of time for your questions. Come talk with some of the main contributors to this project for expert answers to all of your questions about this technology.

Mission Bicycle Open House
7 PM – 9 PM – 766 Valencia St, San Francisco, CA 94110
We know DrupalCon isn’t just about Drupal. We know. Come see our velopedic side-project: Mission Bicycle Company (whose gorgeous site is Drupal-tastic). Only blocks away from the rooftop party at Medjool, our open house is a great detour for those on the move.

That is one awesome bike - sweet idea with a prize like a drupal bike!

Paul - I'm all for increasing my personal odds of winning that bike, but you might want to include a link to the Newsletter signup from your article. It took a "Find on page" search to locate it at the footer.

@Justin Ellison; I'm extremely enthused that you went ahead and signed up for our email list, but for the bike drawing, we're going to have physical forms at our booth (being able to draw a physical entry form makes it more fun). Make sure you stop by booth P6, introduce yourself, and we'll make sure you're entered into the drawing as well as aware of all of our other events happening during DrupalCon SF.

We will be checking for duplicates before adding people to our database list, so don't worry about unsubscribing yourself right now. Those already subscribed to our list are still eligible for the drawing as long as they drop by and fill out our 4 field entry form. I'll be at the booth most days, so I look forward to meeting you.

I so want this! I've been thinking about buying a bike like this for a while. Does the prize include shipping? International?

Stopped by the store this afternoon and saw the bike. Great concept for a bike store, and they're beautiful to boot!
