Training

Similar to open source development, we try to keep our development process transparent and open. We believe in strong lines of communication between the developers of a project and the clients. Moreover, at the conclusion of the project, we encourage taking several days to focus on training using the website itself, and identifying additional changes in response to this end-user experience. The goal in these trainings is to provide a smooth and seamless transfer where the client can manage and modify their own web project.

We also believe strongly in the long-run value of capacity-building with our clients. We encourage a site training and review process towards the end of the engagement, or around major milestones in long-term relationships. We also provide expert support, internal developer training, and talent search/vetting services if you need to staff up as part of the capacity-building process.
