We increased DML's web traffic by 150% by improving the information architecture and visual design.

Continuous design improvements over the long term

DML Home Page

We began working with DML Central when they got started. We designed their original website, providing them with a strong web presence and helping them host a collaboration space for their technology and education researchers.

Design upgrades

New DML Icons

We continued designing site improvements with a focus on a more pronounced visual hierarchy, improved iconography and new drop-down navigation to better showcase the site's rich content. These enhancements in visual display and information architecture enriched the user experience by making content easier to find.

Revamping the resource section

DML Resource Page Example

We designed a system for resource categorization that better represented the various areas of study. This allowed visitors to find information by subject category, rather than content type like video, mp3, or document. Those design changes produced a 150% uptick in traffic.
