The old Childress Klein site managed to deemphasize two of the company’s most essential elements: their people and their projects. Our discovery with leadership and staff uncovered candid feedback of how the old site failed to properly communicate the value of employees to the company, the quality of their work, and that being a part of Childress Klein was professional and supportive.

Careers at Childress Klein: A Revamped Presence & Heightened Importance

The revamped careers page is given heightened importance by its inclusion in sitewide navigation; it's previous lack of utility matched lack of visibility. The page now communicates both the warmth and professionalism of Childress Klein and includes strong visuals and text that describe career support and clearly communicated benefits and commitments. Prospective employees are now encouraged to apply directly to open positions -- and likely much more motivated to do so!
